Alain Khoueiry Connects Business, Sport and Culture Across Borders

For Alain Khoueiry, international cooperation extends beyond traditional business relationships. His work brings together investment, entrepreneurship, sport, culture and institutional engagement, with Kazakhstan serving as an important base for building connections across Central Asia and global markets.

Khoueiry is the Founder and Chairman of iHolding Group, a Kazakhstan based investment and development group with interests ranging from real estate and infrastructure to hospitality, tourism, technology, natural resources and international investment. His involvement across these sectors reflects a broad approach to economic development and cross border collaboration.

He also leads iAmerica, which is focused on establishing stronger commercial and investment relationships between Kazakhstan, the United States and international markets. Through these initiatives, Khoueiry works to encourage greater interaction between businesses and investors operating in different regions.

His international responsibilities are further supported by his position as Central Asia Representative for the America Eurasia Business Coalition. The role places him within a network focused on developing stronger commercial and strategic relationships between the United States, Kazakhstan and the wider Central Asian region.

Sport has become another avenue through which Kazakhstan is expanding its international presence. In August 2027, Kapchagay in the Almaty Region is scheduled to host a round of the UIM F1H2O World Championship, marking the first time the championship will be held in Kazakhstan. The initiative involves F1H2O, iHolding, international partners and the Almaty Region Government.

The event is expected to provide Kazakhstan with an international platform to showcase the region while supporting opportunities linked to tourism, business and sporting development.

Khoueiry’s work also encompasses cultural and social initiatives. As Chairman of UNDSMA, Development of Sports, Music and the Arts, he promotes international dialogue through sports, music, arts, youth programmes and cultural initiatives.

This combination of business leadership and international engagement has shaped Khoueiry’s broader role in Kazakhstan. By working across investment, global business relations, sporting initiatives and cultural cooperation, he continues to contribute to efforts aimed at creating stronger connections between Central Asia and the wider world.
